Nerdy stuff (if your web developer asks): Our hosting packages run the latest versions of Apache 2 (with an NGINX front-end proxy), PHP8.x, MySQL, SSH/SFTP access (no insecure FTP), and Let's Encrypt SSL certificates with no bloated and insecure control panel system to slow it down. All changes to your setup are managed by us and can be changed quickly by connecting with Support.
Visits: Each plan has a maximum number of visits included each month. This is defined as a single IP address accessing your site in a 24 hour period, also known as a unique visitor. If your visits are exceeded in a billing period we will notify you and ask you if you want to be charged for the overage at £1.00 per 2,000 visits or to upgrade your plan.
Support & Backups: Requests made through our Support portal or by email include priority response which will usually be by email, but may sometimes require a phone call and/or screen sharing session to resolve depending on the issue.
